Founder of The North Face & Partner at HK Consulting

Kenneth (Hap) Klopp who holds a BA and MBA from Stanford University,  was the founder and for 20 years was the CEO of The North Face where he used disruption and innovation to create one of the most well known sport apparel brands in the world.  

 

After selling his company Mr. Klopp founded his own global consulting company, HK Consulting, focusing on Strategy, Marketing and Branding.  

He is the author of two best selling books on business leadership:  “Conquering The North Face,” and “Almost—12 electric months chasing a Silicon Valley dream.”  

 

A  highly sought after keynote speaker, he also is a Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Hult International University and a regular guest speaker at various other Universities including Stanford, University of California, MIT, Vlerick University, MCI Innsbruck and University of San Francisco

He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the REVIV health care company which  provides IV drip therapies and DNA analysis for nutritional planning through its more than 100 clinics around the globe

With 25 years of experience in the ICT market, Mafalda Alves Dias believes in the power of reimagining our lives with technology.

 

She is currently responsible for the commercial area of ​​the Large Business and Public Sector at Vodafone Portugal, after having spent 3 years in São Paulo as Head of Integration and Communications Development for several countries in Latin America.

 

Previously, she carried out various functions at both Vodafone Portugal and the Group, in different areas such as Credit, Finance, Operations and Marketing.

Previously provided leadership to UCSD's von Liebig Center

She is the founder of TekDome LLC, a consulting company that provided expert advice on strategies for intellectual property development, commercialization, and licensing support.

Previously, Rosibel served as Associate Director of the Office of Technology Licensing and Manager of the Industry Contracts Group at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Working with Georgia Tech's Venture Lab, she managed proof of concept grants to faculty interested in commercialization of clean technologies

Rosibel received a PhD and MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville.

She is the inventor of two issued patents and the author of more than 18 scientific publications
